  • 8 slices cheddar cheese
  • 8 slices Swiss or American cheese
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Equipment

  • Baking dish
  • Serrated Knife

Method

  1. Slice the sheet of rolls in half horizontally, keeping them connected.
  2. Layer cheddar and Swiss cheese over the bottom half.
  3. Top with the roll tops and brush with garlic butter mixture.
  4. Bake covered at 350°F for 15 minutes, then uncovered for 5 more minutes.
  5. Slice into individual sliders before serving.

Notes

  • Let cheese come to room temperature before layering for even melting.
  • Brush butter mostly on top to avoid a soggy bottom.
  • Keeps well in the fridge for up to 3 days.
  • Reheat in the oven rather than the microwave for the best texture.
