  • 3 tbsp almond butter or peanut butter, smooth
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp oat flour or almond flour
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3 tbsp mini chocolate chips
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, optional

Equipment

  • Medium Mixing Bowl
  • Spatula or Spoon

Method

  1. Combine Greek yogurt, nut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla in a medium bowl and mix until smooth.
  2. Add protein powder if using, then stir in the oat flour and salt until a thick dough forms.
  3. Fold in mini chocolate chips gently, taste and adjust sweetener, then serve immediately or refrigerate.

Notes

  • Use thick, well-strained Greek yogurt for the best scoopable texture.
  • Add oat flour gradually if the dough feels too soft after mixing.
  • Mini chocolate chips distribute more evenly than standard-size chips.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
