Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 lbs large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes, optional
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • lemon wedges for serving

Method
 

  1. Toss the dry shrimp in garlic butter and seasoning.
  2. Arrange in a single layer and top with Parmesan.
