Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

Method
 

  1. Mix garlic butter and seasonings.
  2. Roll the dough and spread the garlic butter over it.
  3. Top with cheeses, roll up, and slice into rounds.
  4. Bake until golden and cooked through.
  5. Finish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

  • Do not overfill the dough.
  • Press the seam tightly before slicing.
  • Cover with foil if the top browns too quickly.
