Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup green grapes, halved
  • 1 cup red grapes, halved
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 whole apple, cored and diced
  • 1 whole banana, sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 to 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp almond extract optional

Method
 

  1. Wash and prepare all fruit, cutting into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Whisk together yogurt, honey, vanilla, and almond extract.
  3. Fold the dressing gently into the fruit.
  4. Add banana just before serving and top with pecans.
  5. Serve immediately or chill briefly before eating.

  • Dry fruit thoroughly before mixing to avoid a watery salad.
